CLIENT BRIEF
Renault Middle East contacted Motif as part of their plan to relocate their regional head office from Jebel Ali to Jumeirah Lakes Towers, DMCC freezone. Due to our vast experience in JLT, in particular Almas Tower, Motif was awarded the full design and build of its new office.
OUR SOLUTION
Our design team studied and surveyed the existing layout of the floor to undertake a full modification to suit the requirements of Renault. We created an open-plan office with soundproof meeting rooms and collaboration areas, along with the executive offices for the regional chairman and general manager. Our designer chose to add furniture pieces in more vibrant colors to complement more neutral tones of the hard finishes.
