Innocean Worldwide are a global marketing and communications service provider founded by Hyundai Motor Group in Seoul, South Korea. The company had to find a home for its team of creatives in Dubai Media City.
Motif worked on the design and construction of the office from CAT A condition into an interactive, collaborative workspace that encourages creativity. Using concrete wall effects and neon lights, an industrial theme was created, and acoustic panels were used in the large open ceiling areas. A few informal meeting spots and break-out spaces can be found throughout the office.
