The Face Clinic, an 8,578 sqft facility in Al Khawaneej, required a sophisticated yet functional interior that reflected the hospital’s commitment to excellence. The brief emphasized a healthcare fitout that balances medical-grade functionality with a warm, patient-centric environment.
Motif Interiors delivered a seamless healthcare fitout, transforming the design concept by Leisure Direct into a fully realized clinic that meets both aesthetic and operational requirements. The project included the complete interior clinic fitout, furniture supply, and installation, ensuring the space aligned with the highest standards of care.
Key design elements include a neutral color palette, natural materials, and indirect lighting to create a welcoming atmosphere. The reception and waiting areas feature sculptural seating, wooden slats, and greenery to enhance patient comfort, while the consultation rooms incorporate ergonomic furniture and integrated technology for a seamless experience.
One of the project’s main challenges was the tight timeline, which Motif Interiors successfully managed through early material workshops and proactive procurement of long-lead items. The result is a sophisticated, functional clinic delivered on schedule, reinforcing American Hospital’s reputation for premium healthcare services.
