CLIENT BRIEF
Having successfully completed the interior fit out of Sulaiman Al Habib Outpatient Clinic on Sheikh Zayed Road in 2018, Motif Interiors was invited to complete the full interior fit out of Building 51 in Dubai Healthcare City. This covered a total of 68,000 sqft of shell and core space on five floors.
OUR SOLUTION
Motif completed the entire interior fit out in just four months in compliance with Dubai Health Authority guidelines for the entire hospital. The clinics included a retail pharmacy, an operating room, an IVF clinic, a pediatric clinic, and a cosmetic clinic.
During the project’s design, we have successfully coordinated with the client’s consultant based in Saudi Arabia, and passed all authority inspections.
