Motif Interiors was appointed to deliver the full interior fit-out of the Dr Sulaiman Al Habib Outpatient Clinic located on Sheikh Zayed Road Dubai. The project involved the transformation of a G+2 building, previously operating as a mall, into a fully functioning healthcare facility. This required the complete demolition of the existing structure and redevelopment of the space to meet healthcare standards.
Motif Interiors delivered the complete interior fit-out in full compliance with Dubai Health Authority regulations, coordinating closely with the client’s consultant team based in Saudi Arabia and successfully passing all required authority inspections.
The outpatient clinic includes a range of specialised medical facilities, such as a retail pharmacy, operating room, dentistry clinic, paediatric clinic, and cosmetic clinic. In addition to the interior works, the project also included the installation of the main external signage along Sheikh Zayed Road, ensuring clear visibility and strong brand presence.
Despite the complexity of converting a former retail building into a healthcare environment, the project was delivered efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
