Motif Interiors delivered the 7,940 sq.ft Sales Gallery for Refine on the 47th floor of U-Bora Tower within a fast-track programme. The scope included bespoke joinery, MEP works, IT integration, and installation of premium finishes such as Italian marble, Ege carpets, Innovative Glass, and San Marco textured paints.
Despite strict tower access and a demanding timeline, the team executed every detail—from the sculptural reception and suspended metallic feature to the curved stage with LED backdrop—with precision.
