OSN, one of the largest direct-broadcast satellite providers in the Middle East and North Africa, approached Motif for help with the design of one of its HQs in Dubai Media City. After the company went through reorganisation of its departments and facilities, we completed full demolition and refurbishment to modernise their workspace across three floors.
OUR SOLUTION
As this project was in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we had to ensure timely delivery of materials and full compliance with health and safety regulations at the time. Completed in a floor-by-floor phased approach our team had to be aware of the sensitivities of working in a fully-operating building running 150+ TV channels.
