Augustus Media was previously located in a high-rise busy commercial tower. As their team grew, they wanted to have a more flexible and urban workspace with lots of collaborative areas; better-looking furniture and most importantly sound-proof studios from where they’re broadcasting daily.
In close collaboration with interior design studio Consoul by LH, our design and projects team provided both technical support and execution. In addition to the selection of materials, technical details, and lighting design, Motif also supplied all joinery items, which we manufactured in-house. This was a super fast-track project as we only had 60 days to deliver the project. It was a shell and core space, so we demolished some walls and constructed an entirely new mezzanine floor, which houses several closed offices, including the CEO's office.
