CLIENT BRIEF

M&M office was looking for an experienced contractor to design and build their new offices in the Opus by Omniyat. Considering our vast experience in office design, this project was awarded to our team.

OUR SOLUTION

Motif Interior’s design team designed the real estate office in a way that it reflects its commitment to luxury property investment and high-end living. Our team completed the project’s design and build in just 60 days.

This luxurious office features a unique combination of flooring, with Modulyss carpet and laminam mega slab tiles imported from Italy. The wall cladding and joinery were all completed in-house, using the highest quality materials and expert craftsmanship. The property’s design is inspired by the iconic architect Zaha Hadid, known for her innovative and curvaceous designs, such as the Opus building.

CLIENT BRIEF

Pupil of Fate contacted Motif for the complete design and build of the showroom. The client wanted a very luxurious, yet airy and simple showroom. A space that’s easy on the eye so that the cars can stand out more than the design itself.

OUR SOLUTION

Our team worked closely with the client to create the perfect flow and use the right mix of physical and digital technologies required to elevate the overall customer experience. The project team was immediately put together after getting the contract, with members from the design, engineering, procurement, and site supervision departments in order to maintain proper coordination across all disciplines throughout the process. We deployed more than 100 workers on site, working 24/7, with a dedicated site office to monitor the progress closely. Motif Interiors also customized all the joinery works in-house, having full control over the chosen finishes and quality.

CLIENT BRIEF

Continental Middle East contacted Motif Interiors as part of their plan to expand. Due to our vast experience in JLT, Motif was awarded its new office’s complete design and build.

OUR SOLUTION

Motif Interior’s design team, led by Musher Ahmed, completed Continental’s fit-out from shell and core following company corporate branding guidelines. Our design team chose to add furniture pieces in more signature yellow branding colours to complement the more neutral tones of the hard finishes.

CLIENT BRIEF

Tenable was looking for an experienced contractor to design and build their new offices in JLT. Considering our vast experience in delivering projects in JLT, this project was awarded to our team.

OUR SOLUTION

Motif Interior’s design team, led by our senior interior designer, Ayman Manaa, completed Tenable’s fit-out including demolition and redesign. All the workstations are height adjustable and treated as flexi/hot desks with docking stations for users to sit anywhere.

There are a lot of collaboration areas, writing boards, and booths/meeting pods for privacy and zoom calls.

Crowd One modern high tech office, featuring training and showroom areas. Crowd1 is a leading global crowd marketing force, set out to empower people all around the world.

OUR SOLUTION

Located in Arenco Tower, in the heart of Dubai Media City, our team has successfully completed the design and build of two floors. The third floor is currently at concept design stage. Once completed, this floor will integrate some of the latest technology including 3D holograms, interactive walls and latest 3D technology within their VR Experience Center.

Augustus Media was previously located in a high-rise busy commercial tower. As their team grew, they wanted to have more flexible and urban workspace with lots of collaborative areas; better-looking furniture and most importantly sound-proof studios from where they’re broadcasting daily.

OUR SOLUTION

In close collaboration with interior design studio Consoul by LH, our design and projects team provided both technical support and execution. In addition to the selection of materials, technical details, and lighting design, Motif also supplied all joinery items, which we manufactured in house. This was a super fast-track project as we only had 60 days to deliver the project. It was a shell and core space, so we demolished some walls and constructed an entirely new mezzanine floor, which houses several closed offices, including the CEO office.

CLIENT BRIEF

Having successfully completed the interior fit out of Sulaiman Habib Outpatient Clinic on Sheikh Zayed Road in 2018, Motif Interiors was invited to complete the full interior fit out of Building 51 in Dubai Healthcare City. This covered a total of 68,000 sqft of shell and core space on five floors.

OUR SOLUTION

Motif completed the entire interior fit out in just four months in compliance with Dubai Health Authority guidelines for the entire hospital. The clinics included a retail pharmacy, an operating room, an IVF clinic, a pediatric clinic, and a cosmetic clinic.

During the project’s design, we have successfully coordinated with the client’s consultant based in Saudi Arabia, and passed all authority inspections.

Symrise, one of the largest manufacturers of flavour and nutrition globally, commissioned our team to design and build its new regional headquarters in Dubai’s JLT. The overall design needed to reflect the strong corporate brand and tell the story of Symrise, bringing the world of flavour and nutrition to life. Given the dynamics of their work, it was essential to avoid any business disruptions during the relocation and finish the project on time and within budget.

OUR SOLUTION

Motif Interiors in less than three months managed to deliver an ergonomic and vibrant workspace while maintaining the corporate feel that honours the legacy of Symrise. With a strong focus on ergonomics and employee wellbeing, Rita and her team intentionally placed the main sales and marketing area next to the high windows, allowing additional natural light to flood the open-plan space.

Renault Middle East contacted Motif as part of their plan to relocate their regional head office from Jebel Ali to Jumeirah Lakes Towers, DMCC freezone. Due to our vast experience in JLT, in particular Almas Tower, Motif was awarded the full design and build of its new office.

OUR SOLUTION

Our design team studied and surveyed the existing layout of the floor to undertake a full modification to suit the requirements of Renault. We created an open-plan office with soundproof meeting rooms and collaboration areas, along with the executive offices for the regional chairman and general manager. Our designer chose to add furniture pieces in more vibrant colors to complement more neutral tones of the hard finishes.
